1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kdwin platform ("we", "platform") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the kdwin.lat website, creating an account, or using any service, you automatically agree to these Terms.

kdwin is an online betting and casino platform operated for Bengali-speaking users in Bangladesh. All our services are provided for entertainment purposes. These Terms are prepared in English and English is the authoritative language.

2 Account Registration & Management

2.1 Creating an Account

To create an account on kdwin you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being closed immediately.

• Each user may operate only one account.
• Account login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• You are fully responsible for all activity on your account.

2.2 Verification

kdwin may request documents for identity verification at any time, particularly during the withdrawal process. National ID cards, passports, or other government-issued identification are accepted. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. kdwin's security systems are protected by SSL encryption.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

All kdwin services are for individuals aged 21 and above only. You must confirm your age when opening an account.

• Valid identification may need to be submitted for age verification.
• Account use by a minor is a punishable offence and all associated deposited funds will be forfeited.
• A request to parents and guardians — please prevent minors from accessing this platform.

The following individuals are not eligible to use kdwin: minors; those who have voluntarily self-excluded; residents of regions where online gaming is completely prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kdwin currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Funds sent through any other method will not be accepted and may not be refunded.

4.2 Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits depend on your account tier and verification status.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Withdrawals typically take 5 to 30 minutes to complete. In complex cases or during verification processes, it may take a little longer.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. If a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, the associated bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. kdwin reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraud is suspected.

4.5 Ownership of Funds

Funds deposited into an account may only be used in the name of the account holder. Transacting on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 and a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳42,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with a 25x wagering requirement. This requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit. For example, to fulfil the wagering on a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered (1,000 × 25 = 25,000).

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be claimed at the same time.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time limit of the bonus.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering — details can be found on the individual promotions page.
• If fraud or a breach of terms is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

5.4 VIP Cashback

kdwin has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, and 1.2% respectively. You can advance to a higher tier through regular and consistent activity.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bets placed on kdwin are final and cannot be changed or cancelled. If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, kdwin reserves the right to void those bets.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Markets are available for various international competitions including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC tournaments. If a match is abandoned or postponed indefinitely, bets will be refunded.

6.3 Irregular Betting Behaviour

Arbitrage, Martingale, or other systematic methods intended to harm the platform fall within kdwin's detection systems and may result in the account being suspended or closed.

7 Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users of the kdwin platform must maintain respectful and lawful conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Conducting fraudulent activity against other users.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using hacking, viruses, or harmful software.
• Operating bets through automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Using or distributing kdwin's intellectual property without permission.

For any of the above violations, kdwin may immediately suspend the account, forfeit funds, and take legal action.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 By the User

You may close your account at any time. Please review all pending bonus requirements before submitting a closure request. After account closure, any available balance will be withdrawable, but any bonus balance will be cancelled.

9.2 By kdwin

If evidence of a breach of terms is found, kdwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, the actual deposited amount (excluding bonuses) will be refunded where applicable.

10 Limitation of Liability

kdwin always strives to provide uninterrupted service, but accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by technical failures or internet connection disruptions.
• Failure or delay by third-party payment services.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government orders, etc.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence.

kdwin is never legally obligated to compensate you for more than your deposited amount. kdwin is not responsible for financial losses resulting from gaming — gaming always carries risk.
